Here I’ve listed a whole list of resources to help you learn all about SEO. Learning SEO and online marketing is different from learning IR. With SEO you can jump right in and start getting involved, the general consensus is that you learn better from doing than reading about it. Like anything though, it’s good to have a place to start and the following some of these resources should get you started. I didn’t use books myself, because there weren’t really that many available then, but the ones I’ve listed will give you a reasonably good strating point if you’re looking for bedtime reading. I favour particular blogs, websites and other online resources because this business changes fast and the information there is hot off the press.
There are a LOT of ressources all over the web, but this list contains those I trust (although there are more than this), and of course don’t forget to check my blogroll of more good people and resources to discover. This should get you started.
