
This is a list of my favourite resources categorised into a skill level for you so you get the most out of these. Some of the books are over $100, I guess education is indeed an investment! I think it’s worth the expense. There are also free resources which I have also listed. Everyone should really read all of these from “beginners” onwards, I always come back to the beginner resources, IR is a huge research area, and it’s not unusual to get lost of realise you don’t actually understand something as well as you thought you did. This is by no means an exhaustive list, there is so much literature, I don’t doubt anyone has ever read all of it.
One very valuable resource is the Research Channel which has a full lecture series on IR
amongst many other areas of scientific research.
