When I was in college - 4 years ago, I was surrounded by men, and was told it will be hard as a female. My determination and passion is all I have! I am finding that to be very true - I am very creative, and know what I'm doing, but still feel I am constantly up against 'male domination' Thank you for this blog, I will be keeping up!
